Memori platform may send out a check-in email annually on the anniversary of the Will Creation to ascertain if there are updates on the Will stored on Memori Vault and if the Will Creator/user is still alive. Will Creator/user must reply via email at each annual check-in. If there is no reply by the Will Creator/user after 3 successive emails, the executors will be contacted and they may be given access to the Will.
